Terms and Conditions

• Order is only confirmed once payment is made.
• No cancellation and no refund once the order is confirmed.
• For out-of-stock items, refund will be made. 
• Order must follow our order format and please double check your order before sending to us. Should the item is wrong as a result of failing to follow the format, all exchange fees shall be born by you. 
• The ninth avenue will not be responsible if merchant ships the wrong or defect items and lost mails.
• The ninth avenue reserves the right to cancel the spree due to poor responses or in the event of any unforeseen circumstances. 
• Updates will be done via emails. Please check your inbox and junk mail folder regularly once you made an order.
• Upon arrival, spree items must be collected within 30 days. Otherwise, the items will be forfeited.
• Customers who are using services by the ninth avenue are deemed to have agreed to our terms and conditions.
• The ninth avenue management reserves the right to amend the above terms and conditions anytime without prior notifications.
